Cushman & Wakefield is focusing even more on strategic advice in the valuation business

Stockholm, 22 April 2020 – Cushman & Wakefield is now focusing even more on strategic advice in the valuation business through a dedicated team with a special focus on strategy assignments. The change is being implemented to meet tomorrow's increasingly changing demands for property valuation and strategic advice. In connection with this increased focus, the business area changes its name to Valuation & Strategic Advisory to more clearly communicate the service offering.

Staffan Dahlén has been appointed Head of Strategic Advisory and Annie Lilja is a project manager. Together with other members of the valuation business unit, the team already has several ongoing projects and mandates and during the past year the team has successfully completed several strategic projects on behalf of real estate companies, property developers and municipalities.
