- Leading Rates of Personal Freedom: Stockholm stands out across the EMEA region for its high levels of personal freedom, ensuring a progressive and open society.
- Strong Social Inclusivity for Parents and Families: The city offers one of the most supportive paid parental leave systems, promoting family well-being and work-life balance.
Gothenburg: A City on the Rise in Inclusiveness
Gothenburg's notable efforts in urban inclusiveness include:
- Highest Economic Vitality and Innovation: Gothenburg excels with the highest economic vitality and innovative approaches to urban development, such as the project ‘Kaj 16' - the future tallest wooden building in the city.
- Driving Increased Accessibility: The city enhances accessibility through the adoption of new ferry lines providing 'green public transport' access.
