Stockholm, February 26, 2021 - Cushman & Wakefield strengthens the company by recruiting Eva Sjölander and Markus Sjöström to the Occupier Services team and Linda Rosén to Agency Leasing. Gustaf Benndorf has also been promoted to Head of Tenant Representation.

Gustaf Benndorf has been employed at Cushman & Wakefield for 5 years and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Gustaf worked at JLL and Nordier Property Advisors.
Eva Sjölander will join as project manager within the Occupier Services business area with a focus on relocating customers. Previously Eva worked with Aventi, and for 20 years as a project manager at Reflex Arkitekter, Ciceron Projekt and Struktur. Eva will together with Åsa Björck (Head of Project & Development Service) develop the service area even more.
Additional recruitments are Marcus Sjöström who will join the Tenant team. Sjöström has a degree in property management, project management and property economics. He has previously been employed at CBRE in Gothenburg and most recently came from Newton competence development.
The Leasing team is strenghtened by Linda Rosén. During this year, the Leasing team grew with Linda Persson and Ewa Hellströmer. Linda Rosén comes most recently from the private real estate industry. Linda has worked as a real estate agent since 2011 and has excellent knowledge in real estate and customer relations.
