Stockholm, March 26, 2021 - Cushman & Wakefield appoints new Head of Agency Leasing by internally recruiting Rikard Skoglund. The team is also further strengthened with Jesper Almqvist as Senior Leasing Manager.
Both Rikard and Jesper are already involved in a number of ongoing projects.
Rikard Skoglund, Head of Leasing, says in a comment: “It will be very exciting to shoulder the leadership role for this fantastic team. My ambition is that we will be the obvious choice for qualified rental services.”
Rikard has worked at Cushman & Wakefield since 2015. He has been active in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Rikard has extensive experience of the tenant's needs. Rikard has previously worked at JLL and in his own business.
Jesper Almqvist has already started in the role as Senior Leasing Manager. He most recently came from his own business and has worked in the real estate industry for almost 20 years.
