Stockholm, September 9, 2021 - Cushman & Wakefield strengthens the company by recruiting four employees to Capital Markets and Valuation & Strategic Advisory. Elin Andersson and Nikhil Simon Singh will join Capital Markets at the Stockholm office. Patrick Andersson will join Capital Markets in Gothenburg and Christopher Götz Valuation & Strategic Advisory in Gothenburg.

Patrick Andersson has a Master of Science in Engineering from LTH and over 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, where he worked at Savills, among other places. Patrick joined Capital Markets Gothenburg as a Senior Analyst.
Elin Andersson comes directly from her education at KTH where she has studied Real Estate and Finance. During her studies, Elin worked part-time as a consultant at DNB Finance with the role of Sales Advisor for 2.5 years. Elin joined Capital Markets Stockholm as Analyst.
Nikhil Simon Singh comes most recently from Handelsbanken, where he worked as Specialist Cross-border Payments at Capital Markets. Nikhil holds a Master's degree in Banking & Finance, financial economics from Stockholm University. Nikhil joined Capital Markets Stockholm as Analysis.
Christopher Götz has a bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance from KTH as well as a master's degree in Sustainable Building Information Management. Christopher has experience from previous employments as a Business Controller and Transaction Analyst. Christopher joined Valuation & Strategic Advisory Gothenburg as Valuer.
