Cushman & Wakefield recruits two employees to Occupier Services

Stockholm, September 2, 2021 - Cushman & Wakefield strengthens the company by recruiting two people to the Occupier Services business area. David Karlsson and Richard Sundqvist both have extensive experience in the real estate industry.

Gustaf Benndorf, Head of Tenant Representation, says: “We are proud of our recruitment and I look forward to working with an even stronger team. David and Richard will be two valuable additions and they have already made a great start in our projects!”

David Karlsson joins as Associate and Richard Sundqvist as Senior Consultant, both in the Occupier Services business area. David has 9 years of experience in the real estate industry and has previously worked at CBRE, FastPartner and Newsec. Richard comes most recently from 7A where he has worked as a Leasing Manager for 2 years.
