After 6 years of working for a local real estate company, I joined the industrial agency at C&W as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for developing the Brussels region, prospecting and generating new business as well as managing existing accounts.

Why C&W?

Personal as well as professional growth are important values for me. Working for C&W helps me do just that. To be the best, you have to be surrounded by the best!

Why C&W?

After a first experience within the stock-market industry, I was looking for a new position in the Real Estate sector. I wanted to join a team where I could not only learn and follow a process from start to finish, but also where the working atmosphere is friendly and rewarding.

Hannelore Van den fonteyne

Retail Agency

Bachelor degree Hotel management and later on bachelor Real Estate broker. I have worked 3 years for the Rezidor Group in Radisson Hotel Antwerp before changing my path to real estate. After a career of ten years, it became clear to me that I needed a new challenge to further develop myself, both personal as business wise.

Why C&W?

Simply looking at the retention rate of its employees and number of deals made on a yearly basis, C&W holds in my opinion the right values in high esteem. Exactly what I was looking for.

Hobbies

I like to clear my head with running long distances, trying new recipes and discovering new places.

A word from...

Jean Baheux, Head of Retail Agency:

"Hannelore benefits already from a great experience in real estate (residential), with a good commercial spirit and a great capacity of autonomy, dynamism and entrepreneurship! She seems well structured, organized and we are convinced she will rapidly learn the main characteristics related to our retail market in order to be able to play an important role within our team by developing the business and increasing again our market presence and share and for contributing to the success of our team and to the goals we want to reach!"
