Alison Parker

Associate Director - Governance • Australia

Alison has ten years of experience as a Program and Project Manager on national projects for Commonwealth clients and within the resources and mining industry. She brings expertise in project and program management, contract management, risk management, quality management and audit and assurance.

Alison joined Cushman & Wakefield’s National Program Services (NPS) team in February 2018 as an Assistant Regional Program Manager in Western Australia (WA). She supported the Regional Program Manager in delivering approximately $30 million per annum of program management services in metro and regional areas for the Estate Works Program (EWP).

Her diligence and dedication to detail led to her quick promotion to Quality Manager in 2020. Alison supported the entire NPS account from WA, maintaining the quality management system, ensuring continuous improvement and undertaking regular audits to ensure compliance with all processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.

In March 2022, Alison was promoted again to Associate Director, Governance & Assurance. She is the first female on the NPS Senior Leadership team and directly guides and supports the team, providing governance and assurance oversight to drive quality outcomes. Alison was also instrumental in delivering economic stimulus works via the EWP by driving client-side governance and efficiencies across the Base Service Contractors, ensuring value for money for Defence.
