Linda is head of the Australia and New Zealand self storage practice, and the Victorian compulsory acquisition and compensation practice at Cushman & Wakefield.
Linda and her team value going concern self storage assets across Australia and New Zealand. They advise on new site suitability and revenue generation ability (supply and demand studies), assist with due diligence, undertake market studies, and prepare industry research and publications. Her team can also assist with transaction advisory.
Linda has a long-standing passion and career in compulsory acquisition and compensation. She has worked on some of the most notable infrastructure projects in both Victoria and New South Wales, including Melbourne Metro Rail Project and Sydney Metro Project. Linda is regularly engaged by both acquiring authorities and dispossessed owners to assess compensation for properties being compulsorily acquired, where her core value of fairness supports her drive to achieve the best outcomes for her clients. She also has several years’ experience in asset reporting valuations for public use assets.
Linda is actively involved with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is an assessor of professional competence for future industry experts. She currently sits on the Victorian senior leadership team at Cushman & Wakefield.
