Sean has specialized in the industrial property sector since 2014 and has an in-depth knowledge of residential developments across South East Queensland. He has been instrumental in negotiating numerous sale and lease transactions, with a background in the Australian TradeCoast precinct in Brisbane.
Having completed several major appointments for clients such as Goodman, Charter Hall, Stockland and the Brisbane Airport Corporation, Sean is now based on the Gold Coast and focusing on the Burleigh market and surrounds.
Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Queensland University of Technology and is certified by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
