Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Diversity & Inclusion Network
Cushman & Wakefield’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Network was relaunched in 2018. This network combines the work of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and serves to represent different community groups from around Australia.

UNITY - LGBTQ+ Integrated Network - Australia and New Zealand Chapter
The mission of UNITY is to increase visibility and provide an open-minded support system for conducting business and addressing the personal requirements of our lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning (LGBTQ+) employees in Australia and New Zealand, and allies within the community. WIN - Women's Integrated Network Melbourne
The Women’s Integrated Network (WIN Melbourne) was designed to accelerate the advancement of women working at Cushman & Wakefield by creating a real connection between employees across all areas of the organisation. WIN Melbourne consists of almost 350 members comprising of all female employees in Victoria, as well as male allies and supporters.

MVP – Military & Veterans Program
The mission of MVP is to enhance the human talent at Cushman &Wakefield by embracing and leveraging the skills and experience of Military veterans and their partners. We aim to increase the number of employment opportunities and potential careers for Military veterans and their partners across Australia and New Zealand.

LEAD – Leading with Awareness and Education for Disability
LEAD’s vision is to play a progressive role in defining and furthering an inclusive workplace for those who are affected by disabilities, learning differences, special needs, or neurodiversity, whether for themselves or a child, relative, or friend, through sharing advice and building awareness, community involvement and support and becoming an inclusive employer in the marketplace.

Indigenous Engagement
Cushman & Wakefield’s indigenous engagement ERG aims to Close the Gap and create equal opportunities between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians. This ERG partners with the business to influence policy, create and drive recruitment and career development programs and engage Indigenous community groups. Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been officially endorsed and is being rolled out for the years 2023-2025. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
An important component of Cushman & Wakefield’s global DEI strategy is leveraging industry partnerships to deepen our ability to address needs across multiple dimensions of diversity including, gender, race/ethnicity, LGBTQ+, disability, veterans and social mobility.
Our DEI external partners are reputable, best-in-class organizations with DEI subject matter expertise and align to colleague engagement and development, candidate sourcing and recruitment, client engagement, thought leadership and branding and visibility.
JobSupport Australia
We partner with JobSupport Australia to provide meaningful employment opportunities to candidates with intellectual disabilities. With seven JobSupport placements in corporate offices and client offices thus far, we're proud ambassadors of this initiative as we continue to develop an inclusive workforce across the business.
The Property Council of Australia (PCA) – Diversity Partnership
In 2019, Cushman & Wakefield became the primary diversity partner for the Property Council of Australia NSW. This partnership positions Cushman & Wakefield as a leader in diversity by placing our people, our clients and our brand at the centre of conversation around inclusion in the property industry.
Working with Artists with a Disability
Since 2017, Cushman & Wakefield has worked alongside Sydney based artist Digby Webster to create artwork for the offices, client and staff gifts and branding for our Diversity & Inclusion Network, as well as Tumbalong Lights.
ACCESS & INCLUSION | WILD LIGHTS AT TARONGA ZOO
For the second year in a row, Cushman & Wakefield is proudly partnering with Taronga Zoo, as the Access & Inclusion partner for Wild Lights, as part of the Vivid Sydney festival.
With a strong focus on caring for Country and driving change, this year's Wild Lights will debut a variety of new breathtaking lanterns that showcase some of the country's most iconic species and the landscapes they call home. This theme ties in with Cushman & Wakefield’s brand positioning around making an impact for the communities and environment that we live, work and play in.
