With over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, Simon holds the position of National Director for Capital Markets Industrial & Logistics in New South Wales, based in Sydney. This role follows his previous position as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield's Commercial Real Estate business in Australia and New Zealand, where he played a key role in growing and supporting agency teams to deliver best-in-class service across various service lines and sectors.

Simon's commitment to the New South Wales market is reflected in his deep knowledge and on-the-ground representation. In his current role, he identifies transaction opportunities and efficiently manages the inspection process with key buyers, acting as a vital conduit between capital and real-time market data and intelligence. In the past, Simon has been involved with key commercial capital transactions and had led deals for some of the largest office deals in the Sydney CBD. More recently Simon managed the successful completion of the $73 million deal for 115 Jedda Road, Prestons.
