L’Île-des-Sœurs, July 20, 2020 – The Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers (QPAREB) announces that it welcomed some 40 brokers from the commercial real estate services provider Cushman & Wakefield.
"We are very proud of the arrival of this organization, which has allowed us to further diversify our membership and strengthen the commercial profile of our association," said Julie Saucier, President and Chief Executive Officer of the QPAREB.
Cushman & Wakefield, one of the largest global real estate services companies with close to 53,000 employees in approximately 400 offices in 60 countries around the world, has two offices in Quebec, one in downtown Montreal and the other in the borough of Saint-Laurent.
"We're excited to partner with the QPAREB as they continue to grow their presence across the province," said Luciano D’Iorio, Managing Director, Cushman & Wakefield Quebec. “Our membership in the QPAREB also gives us access to the Centris platform, which provides additional exposure of Cushman & Wakefield’s listings to a vast network of professional brokers who can collaborate with us to meet our clients’ real estate needs. It’s a winning strategy for all parties involved."
Cushman & Wakefield thus joins a large network of commercial real estate brokers who are members of the QPAREB. It should be noted that the QPAREB has a group of commercial real estate brokers made up of nearly 1,000 members. This group regularly organizes training and networking activities to help commercial brokers keep their knowledge up to date and develop their network of contacts.
