Brent Robinson, Executive Managing Director & Managing Principal, is the market leader for the province of Quebec. Brent is a member of the National Capital Markets Group which specializes in structuring innovative solutions to support all real estate asset classes including multi-residential, industrial, office, retail, and land. Along with his partner, Jason Ansel, they cover the Greater Montreal and Quebec market with a focus on providing investment sales and deal structuring for both private and institutional ownership groups.   

With more than 17 years of brokerage and institutional experience, Brent brings extensive knowledge of the industry to his role. Brent joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 from iA Financial Group where he was Director, Leasing & Asset Management, overseeing a 6 million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail assets across Canada. At iA, he also played a key role in acquisitions, dispositions and restructuring its real estate investment group. Brent began his career in brokerage at CBRE. From there he joined Oxford Properties (OMERS) where he worked from 2012-2017. After graduating from Brown University (Providence, RI) in 2004, Brent played four years of professional hockey in the United States, Sweden and Germany.
