Patrick is a Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield based in Toronto. His is part of the Capital Markets Group, working on a team specialized in multifamily asset and development land sales throughout Ontario, but with a focus on Greater Toronto Area and Greater Golden Horseshoe. Patrick’s team focusses on the disposition of a) new construction purpose built rental b) value add multifamily and c) affordable housing, representing both institutional and private ownership groups.

Patrick has acted as lead advisor on a variety of high-profile investment transactions throughout the province. He is recognized for his ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions.  His understanding of buy-side acquisition modelling allows him to structure deals that optimize exit value for vendor clients.  Depth of knowledge in residential development and construction combined with a keen understanding of CMHC insured financing products has allowed Patrick and his team to carve out a significant market share in purpose built rental investment sales, with a specific focus on forward sale transactions.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University.
