Stephanie Bird

Senior Vice President • Canada

Stephanie is a Senior Vice President based in our Calgary Office. She has worked to deliver a comprehensive range of services, including: single asset valuations, portfolio analysis, feasibility studies, Argus valuation analysis, litigation and due diligence support, land assembly, and annual asset reviews. Her main focus and specialization are retail and multi-residential properties – although she has experience valuing all major asset classes.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Stephanie worked at Colliers for ten years – starting out as a Research Coordinator and eventually becoming a Director with their Valuation and Advisory group. There she performed in depth financial analysis – projection cash flows for real property, including commercial, industrial, and multi-residential properties for the purposes of valuation. She has worked on portfolio and IFRS valuations for numerous national and regional clients.
In 2017, Stephanie was named NAIOP Developing leader of the year.
