Tarrytown, NY – January 22, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has successfully arranged over 53,000 square feet of leasing activity at 560 and 580 White Plains Road, two Class A six-story office buildings totaling 306,475 square feet.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Matthew Lisk, Tara Long and Steve Baker represented the landlord in these transactions.

This significant leasing activity includes:
- The Cookware Company, a global cookware manufacturer, signed a new 17,368-square-foot lease. The tenant was represented by Craig Ruoff of Colliers International.
- Discovery Village, a senior living and lifestyle community, signed a new 10,749-square-foot lease.
- Progressive Insurance, a leading insurance provider, signed a new 10,487-square-foot lease. The tenant was represented by Glenn Walsh and Larry Ruggieri of Newmark.
- First American Title, a title insurance and settlement services company, signed a new 6,409-square-foot lease. The tenant was represented by Matthew Lisk of Cushman & Wakefield.
- Delta Brands, a consumer goods company, signed a new 5,358-square-foot lease. The tenant was represented by David Richman of Rakow Commercial.
- Fifth Third Bank, a financial services institution, signed a new 3,364-square-foot lease. The tenant was represented by Joseph Cabrera and Michael Gordon of CBRE.
560 and 580 White Plains Road have undergone a complete transformation with $8 million in capital improvements. The buildings now feature modern lobbies with open ceilings and polished concrete floors, a new 4,000-square-foot café with top-of-the-line finishes, two new shared conference facilities and a new fitness facility with high-end gym equipment.
