
MIAMI, April 2, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced the commercial real estate services firm represented the landlord, an affiliate of Morning Calm Management, in signing four new office leases totaling 40,000 square feet at 701 Brickell. These include a 10,000-square-foot lease with Blue Owl, an 11,000-square-foot lease with Core Scientific, a 5,000-square-foot lease with Verition Capital and a 14,000-square-foot lease with XP Securities.
Brian Gale and Edward Quinon of Cushman & Wakefield represented Morning Calm Management in the lease negotiations. Cushman & Wakefield has been overseeing leasing efforts for 701 Brickell since April 2019. Currently, the building is 94% occupied and has historically attracted a variety of tenants in the financial services industry.
