Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Jiří Kristek to the position of the Head of the Industrial and Retail Warehousing Team. The roles of other senior members of the team are changing as well.
Jiří Kristek becomes the Head of Industrial and Retail Warehousing at the real estate consultancy, Cushman & Wakefield.
Jiří has been with the company since 2000 and has built an expert retail warehouse agency and advisory team, which also covers the related sale of land and buildings. He has been involved in the lease of more than 200,000 square metres of space in retail parks and in the sale of more than two million square metres of land and buildings. During his 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield, he has worked with major international developers, investors and occupiers as well as with leading local companies.
In his new role as the Head of the Industrial and Retail Warehousing Team, he will focus primarily on streamlining the services provided and improving activities in the field of industrial property sale. His goals include the further development of the team and support for developing its members’ expert specialization. The key focus is delivering advice to clients based on the team's experience and supported by the analytics required in today's market.
In his spare time, Jiří Kristek takes care of a vineyard, plays golf, runs, swims, and studies winemaking as part of the WSET programme at the Weinakademie in Rust, Austria.
The team will also see further promotions as follows:
Robert Bocker, Partner, becomes the Head of Industrial Brokerage and Tenant Representation and will be responsible for the development of activities in this field.
Vít Zdráhal, Associate, becomes the Head of Landlord and Tenant Representation in the industrial team and will focus on developing relationships with these clients together with leading a new marketing strategy.
Martin Kubín, Associate, becomes the Head of Retail Warehousing and Land Transactions and will be responsible for the respective clients and activities.
