12/07/2022
During the event gala, which was held in Warsaw on 29 June 2022, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield was named the Agent of the Year in the “Overall” category, sponsored by MDC2. Cushman & Wakefield was recognised by the jury, which comprised experienced real estate experts from 18 countries from the CEE/SEE region, for the quality of its business leadership and achievements in commercial real estate agency in 2021.
“We are very pleased to have won the CEEQA award, particularly after a 2-year break caused by the pandemic. Clearly, the impact we’ve had on our clients’ businesses within the CEE region during that challenging time has been noticed, and it’s great to see that our hard work has been recognized this year. Addressing our clients’ challenges and providing the best, value-added solutions is imperative to our firm and we always take action to ensure we’re leading the way. It is also very rewarding for our whole team. Without the team, we would not have made it.” – says Jonathan Hallett, Executive Partner, Head of Central & Eastern Europe, Cushman & Wakefield.
At the same time Jonathan Hallett, Head of Central & Eastern Europe at Cushman & Wakefield, has been named the Industry Professional of the Year. Jonathan oversees the company’s operations across the CEE region. He is a European Executive Committee Member and the Managing Partner of Cushman & Wakefield in the Czech Republic. He is a member of the RICS, IBF Board Member (International Business Forum), and BGMC Board Member. Jonathan has international real estate experience gained over 26 years working in Brussels, Paris, London and Central Europe.
Since 2003, the aim of CEEQA has been to recognise and promote the achievements of the Central European real estate sector to the global arena in collaboration with leading regional and international institutions. CEE Quality Awards are awarded in over ten categories, based on a detailed set of criteria, to outstanding companies and projects in Central and Eastern Europe. This year’s edition was organised by CEEQA in cooperation with consulting firm Deloitte.
