Brian Ferranti serves as Senior Chief Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield and is also a regional engineering lead for one of the firm’s top clients, Beacon Capital Properties. Throughout his 27-year career, Brian has become a leader and expert in engineering best practices and is no stranger to problem solving and delivering exceptional service to his clients. With 4.1 billion square feet under management, 400 offices in 60 countries, 2019 revenues of $8.8 billion and 53,000 dedicated experts, we create real estate solutions to prepare world’s top owners and occupiers for what’s next.
Brian is a huge advocate of mentorship and educating the next generation of engineers and commercial real estate talent, serving as a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Mentorship Committee for Engineers. He is also actively involved with the firm’s Veterans Initiative Program, dedicated to partnering with Hiring Our Heroes and the Corporate Fellowship Program, which provides veterans, transitioning service members and military spouses with training and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce.
