Cushman & Wakefield, one of the largest real estate consulting firms in the world, has reorganised its leasing responsibilities as part of its repositioning. In addition to his responsibility as Head of Tenant Representation EMEA, Pierre Nolte was entrusted with the newly created position of Head of Offices & Leasing in Germany and is now responsible for the office sector across all services as well as the Germany-wide rental business. The qualified real estate economist (ADI) and real estate agent (IHK) reports directly to Tina Reuter, Head of Germany.
As part of the personnel restructuring, Mario Herbst will take over the role of Head of Tenant Representation Germany, which was previously held by Pierre Nolte. The qualified business economist (FH) has eighteen years of experience in the field of real estate leasing at various locations in Germany and has been part of the Tenant Representation team at Cushman & Wakefield since 2016.
With Dominic Rausch and Hanjo Theiss, long-standing employees were also recruited to manage the responsible Office Agency teams in Berlin and Frankfurt. Like Mario Herbst, you report to Pierre Nolte.
Dominic Rausch follows Pierre Nolte as Head of Office Agency Berlin. The finance clerk (IHK) has been working in office leasing at Cushman & Wakefield since 2014. The new Head of Office Agency Frankfurt is Hanjo Theiss. He previously worked in the Valuation & Advisory department and then in the Capital Markets department of Cushman & Wakefield from 2012 to 2017.
Pierre Nolte, Head of Offices & Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield, comments: “The appointments of Dominic Rausch and Hanjo Theiss are a sign of continuity. Both have been with the company for many years and will be able to successfully set an example together with their teams in Berlin and Frankfurt with their deep understanding of our customers’ needs.”
Tina Reuter, Head of Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, adds: “Our new positioning in Germany follows the logic of the market and the requirements of our clients, who expect holistic solution concepts from us as consultants. Due to his international network and his deep understanding of the wishes of the companies we support, Pierre Nolte has the best prerequisites, both conceptually and practically, to successfully set future-oriented trends together with his team on the German office markets and across all asset classes in the rental sector set."
