Cushman & Wakefield – Great Place to Work® Certified

India, March 7, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce that it has received the prestigious Great Place to Work® certification, one of the most prestigious achievements for any organizations across the globe.

The Great Place to Work® Certification Program is designed to help organizations build a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™. Every year, more than 8000 organizations from over 50 countries partner with the Great Place to Work® Institute for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture. For an organization to get certified, 70% or more of its employee respondents should rate the organization as a great workplace and its people practices should be rated 2.5 or more on a 5-point scale by the Great Place to Work® Institute. Cushman & Wakefield is one of the very few companies to have received the Great Place to Work® certification in the first attempt.

Cushman & Wakefield has truly created a winning environment where employees take pride in what they do. We are one of the few companies in our sector who have a clear focus on our people and culture.  I am glad our efforts in creating a truly engaging environment is recognized by such a prestigious institute and we are sharing the mantle with other strong brands.
