We have introduced a flexible work schedule and telecommuting system. We provide the following environment so that our employees can perform regardless of their location.

  • All employees are provided with laptops to send and receive emails and phone calls.
  • Collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams allow employees to work together with colleagues regardless of location.
  • IT support is always available from a remote environment.
  • A secure information management environment with security protection by the IT department and encrypted communications via VPN.
  • Regular security and compliance training for employees.
  • Adoption of a "free address" system in the office to promote interaction with different co-workers on a daily basis.

This also serves as a BCP measure (Business Continuity Plan) in the event of a disaster, etc. The safety of employees and their families is a top priority, as evidenced by the immediate switch to remote work in the event of the spread of a new coronavirus infection.

Effective Use of In-between Time with Flexible Space
Employees in the sales department have access to more than 400 flex spaces contracted by the company nationwide, allowing them to work from the nearest location during spare time between meetings with customers or when traveling on business.
