Mentorship Program
We provide support for new employees (excluding managers) to ensure a smooth on-boarding process. During the first three months of employment, mentors from different departments provide advice that goes beyond the boundaries of the department. This also provides an opportunity to interact with colleagues who joined the company at the same time.

Qualification Acquisition Support Program
To support and encourage employees' voluntary efforts to develop their careers and acquire skills, the company reimburses the actual costs of acquiring and maintaining qualifications necessary for C&W's business operations to employees after they pass and register under certain payment requirements. Continuous Learning Program
We provide opportunities for our employees to engage in continuous learning. C&W Japan offers more than 900 training video modules in Japanese and more than 9600 training modules including English content, and regularly holds its own training sessions.
