Located approximately 5.1 km from the Hanyu Interchange and 5.8 km from the Kazo Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, the development site is well-connected to the entire Tokyo metropolitan area, making it a convenient transportation base for wide-area distribution. It is also within close proximity to the Kazo Otone Industrial Park.

Features of the Facility
LF Kazo will be constructed as a two-storey logistics facility. It will have a pillar span of 11 m (frontage) x 10.5 m (depth), an effective height of 5.5 m under the warehouse beams, floor loading capacity of 1.5 t/sqm and will be equipped with four cargo elevators and vertical conveyors.  Yoshiyuki Tanaka, Senior Executive Director, Cushman & Wakefield Asset Management K.K. said,

“We are pleased to have this opportunity to develop our second logistics facility in Saitama Prefecture following our LF Kuki Project. Kazo City has a good agglomeration of logistics bases and our planned two-storey facility will enhance the area’s capacity to meet the prefecture’s diverse and growing logistics needs.
