Accessibility

LF Nara is approximately 1.5 km from the Yamato Mahoroba Smart interchange and 3 km from the Horyuji interchange on the Nishi-Meihan Expressway, providing excellent access to major cities in the Kinki region. It is located within the Showa Industrial Park, the largest industrial park in Nara Prefecture, which is expected to serve as a regional distribution center for the prefecture and a wide-area distribution center for Osaka, Kyoto, and Nagoya. The area offers an abundant pool of labor resources, with approximately 76,000 workers within a 15-minute radius of LF Nara and 460,000 within a 30-minute radius.

Features of the Facility
LF Nara is the first multi-tenant logistics facility in Nara Prefecture, consisting of four floors with a total floor area of 124,000 square meters on a 58,000 square meter site. A double rampway allows 45-foot container trucks to directly access each floor, contributing to the establishment of efficient logistics operations. The facility is also designed to allow one-way traffic for large vehicles and to minimize intersections between large vehicles and passenger cars to ensure safety. The tenant space can accommodate up to 16 tenants, with a minimum floor area of approximately 2,000 tsubo and a maximum floor area of approximately 8,000 tsubo, to meet a variety of tenant needs. Amenities include a cafeteria, drivers’ lounge, and concession stand in the common area, providing a convenient and comfortable environment for facility users.
