Shure, an audio products company, wanted to relocate to a larger office and retail space in Shiroyama Trust Tower. The space accommodates their display area, which is essential for business growth.
The office area also comprises both an informal collaboration space and formal workstations.
Shure appointed Cushman & Wakefield to fit out the product display area, implement complex audio-visual systems, and mediate between local and offshore teams.

02 The Solution
Aside from completing Shure’s office and retail fit-out, we also bridged communications between the local Shure office and the company’s headquarters in the U.S..
Throughout the project, Cushman & Wakefield coordinated with all stakeholders and vendors to manage the entire process within the timeline. We also reported project issues and relayed potential mitigation strategies to the client.

Despite working within a tight timeline, we fitted out Shure’s product display on time, creating a welcoming atmosphere within it.
