Foreign Lender – Drafting A Comprehensive Investment Report

A foreign lender needed detailed research and analysis to make crucial investment decisions regarding 100 family residentials, located across Japan.

Cushman & Wakefield’s services were retained to propose and carry out the analysis required before the client could make an informed investment decision.

The entire process had to be completed in just two months.

Due to the tight timeline, we variated the regular valuation procedures and customised to fit the client’s needs.

The properties were categorised based on the importance they held in the portfolio. Different survey methods were used for each of the properties and a brief uniform report of the results was produced.

The report included thorough market research and rent trend surveys as well as interviews with local agents - giving investors an in-depth review of the properties.

The clients received a comprehensive report that gave them an overview of the market. It also served as a useful resource, providing information on real estate investments even after the property acquisition.
