Evelien Ravesteijn (43) has been appointed as Lead Occupier Representation Rotterdam and The Hague on 1 May 2021 in the nationally operating Office Consultancy team of international consultant Cushman & Wakefield. In this position she is responsible for guiding and advising office users on their strategic accommodation issues. Ravesteijn focuses primarily on national and international clients in the regions of The Hague and Rotterdam and is jointly responsible for the performance and relevance of the advisory teams in these cities. Evelien will also be active for nationally operating clients.
Ravesteijn comes from JLL where she gained a lot of experience as a consultant for office users in Rotterdam and The Hague. In addition to large corporate organizations, she advised healthcare and educational institutions and organizations in the life science sector. Previously she worked as a broker and appraiser at Ooms Makelaars Bedrijfshuisvesting B.V. Ravesteijn is a certified registered broker-appraiser and studied Economic Studies at the HES in Rotterdam.
