PwC moves into new office headquarters at Porto Office Park (POP) on Avenida Sidónio Pais.
The new PwC office totals more than 2,700 sq m over 2 floors. In this relocation operation, Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the owner of the building, Grupo Violas Ferreira.
POP is located in the CBD of Porto, on Avenida Sidónio Pais. Along with excellent transport links it is the most modern and efficient office development in Porto, totaling 31,500 sq m across two buildings. Each building has a total of 9 floors above ground for offices and 3 floors below ground for parking. This property is also rated "Excellent" in the international BREEAM certification.
