Cushman & Wakefield appoints Isabel Simões Correia as new Head of Business Development.

Within the scope of her role, Isabel Simões Correia will be responsible for defining and implementing an interdisciplinary strategy for the firm, ensuring the connection between the different service lines in identifying  new opportunities, in the management of the Key Clients program, as well as in the coordination of consulting projects covering several business areas.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Isabel worked as Asset Manager at Refundos (SGOIC) and CBRE, representing the owner of Lagoas Park, an asset where she had also performed the role of commercial manager, when the owner was Teixeira Duarte. Isabel holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico and a master's degree in Real Estate Sciences and Valuations from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

According to Eric Van Leuven, Head of Cushman & Wakefield Portugal, “The Business Development area emerged during the growth of our business. Having a team exclusively dedicated to managing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities and implementing business development tools is strategic for us, considering how we envision the future of the market. We are very pleased to be able to count on Isabel to lead this business area”.
