Cushman & Wakefield announced one more hiring to complement the team in Porto. After strengthening business space (offices and logistics) and capital markets (investment and real estate development) teams, the firm now announces the integration of Susana Pires in the retail team.
With this new hire, the firm continues to increase its activity in the Greater Porto area, where it has registered significant growth since it established a new office in this city in 2016. With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, Susana Pires is an retail expert and she worked with the most diverse types of schemes, such as shopping centers, high street stores or retail parks. Before joining the Cushman & Wakefield, she was responsible for the retail leasing activity in the North and Center regions for Widerproperty, where she successfully led several operations. In the past, she was also involved in large projects at national level, where she dealt with top-tier entities such as CGD, BPI, Mota Engil and ECS, among others.
