Cushman & Wakefield Portugal Announces New European Promotions

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global consultancy in real estate services, announces the promotion of Nuno Tadeu, João Esteves and Francisco Loureiro to Partner, as well as the appointment of Sérgio Nunes to Associate.

Graduated in Real Estate Management from the Escola Superior de Atividades Imobiliárias, with a Post-Graduation in Real Estate Management and Valuation carried out at ISEG and a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), since 2012, Nuno Tadeu has 25 years of experience in real estate market. At Cushman & Wakefield Portugal for 13 years, he is currently responsible for the Portfolios & Hospitality Evaluation area.

Another of the employees to achieve the distinction of Partner was Francisco Loureiro. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, he has focused his professional activity, over the last 18 years, in the areas of project design and supervision, and building maintenance and management. He has been in the commercial real estate market since 2014, the year he joined Cushman & Wakefield as Asset Manager, and is currently responsible for the real estate consultancy's Business Space Services area, a service line that manages office, logistics and hospitality assets. .

João Esteves becomes a Partner in the Retail Department of Cushman & Wakefield Portugal, after more than 17 years of experience. With a degree in Marketing Management, he joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015, having previously worked in leading companies in the sector, including Multi Mall Management, Amorim Imobiliária, Sonae Sierra and Klépierre. During the 7 years in which he was part of the history of the real estate consultancy in Portugal, he dedicated himself mainly to the cxomarketing of retail sets outside the cities (namely retail parks) and also to the representation of tenants, such as O Boticário, CeX/Webuy, Tescoma , Kiabi, among others.

Finally, Sérgio Nunes was also promoted, becoming Associate. With a degree in Management and Marketing from the Instituto Português de Administração e Marketing de Lisboa, he has been leading the Industrial and Logistics department at Cushman & Wakefield since 2018, where he has been involved in major real estate operations – such as the recent sale of Caixa Geral’s logistics warehouse. de Depósitos, located in Palmela, to New Cold.
