Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global consultancy in real estate services, announces that it has advised the sale of Hotel California to Arrow Global Portugal, having represented the previous owner, Details Hotels & Resorts.
The four-star hotel, with a total area of 3,900m2, is located in the center of Albufeira and was renovated in 2019. Among its facilities, the roof top pool and bar overlooking the historic city center, the spa & fitness center, the sushi restaurant and also the proximity to Praia do Pescador – 100 meters away.
