CLAIRE'S opens its first high street flagship store in Portugal

Cushman & Wakefield has assisted Claire’s in the search and negotiation of their high street flagship store in Portugal, with c. 400 sqm, located in Rua de Santa Catarina, the highest footfall street, in the city Centre of Porto.
In addition, the leading global consultancy firm, announces that it has recently won the real estate representation of Claire's in Portugal.
Claire’s has a legacy of creating exclusive, trendsetting, fun fashionable jewelry and accessories for over 50 years. The brand operates in over 39 countries with 2,500 owned and 8,000 concessions stores covering North America and Europe, and 350 franchise stores operating in the Middle East, South America & South Africa. In Portugal since2006, the American retailer has 40 stores throughout the country and expansion plans for the coming years. Cushman & Wakefield was appointed to assist in any real estate activity in Portugal such as renegotiations and new leasing.
