The American retailer opens a new flagship store in the heart of Porto and is currently represented by Cushman & Wakefield in its real estate activities in the country.
Cushman & Wakefield has assisted Claire’s in the search and negotiation of their high street flagship store in Portugal, with c. 400 sqm, located in Rua de Santa Catarina, the highest footfall street, in the city Centre of Porto.
In addition, the leading global consultancy firm, announces that it has recently won the real estate representation of Claire's in Portugal.
