Cushman & Wakefield and a co-agent sell Barbosa du Bocage 85 building in Lisbon

This building was built in the 1990s, having undergone a full rehabilitation in 2020. It comprises approximately 3,800 sq.m of GCA over 6 floors and 116 parking spaces. Since 2019, it has been fully occupied by Uber (its headquarters in Portugal) and by Park In, a company dedicated to operate the car park.
In the process C&W and a co-agent presented the opportunity to the VIP National Fund (VIP) which ended up acquiring the asset from Patron Capital.
