Merlin Properties lança segunda fase e elege Cushman & Wakefield e Savills

Na sequência do sucesso da primeira fase de comercialização do Lisboa Park, que atingiu 100% da sua ocupação e em que foram arrendados 45.000m2 a inquilinos como a DB Schencker, Rangel e Olicargo, a Merlin Properties escolheu a Cushman & Wakefield e a Savills para comercializarem uma nova área logística.

Este segundo armazém logístico é constituído por cerca de 33.000m2 de construção, com 11m de pé direito livre, um número considerável de cais de descarga hidráulicos, dispondo ainda de um logradouro funcional, com amplas zonas de manobra de veículos de grande porte.

Localizado no maior parque logístico nacional, encontra-se numa zona consolidada de transportes e de logística de mercadorias. Dado o fácil acesso às principais vias e eixos rodoviários do país, a apenas 500m da auto estrada A1, com ligação à A10 e à A9, o parque situa-se junto à estação ferroviária da Castanheira do Ribatejo, em Vila Franca de Xira, com ligação direta à capital, que se encontra a apenas 30km.
