Parfois, a Portuguese fashion accessories brand that previously had a presence in this shopping center with a small store, now occupies a 150m2 space in the mall, situated between the north entrance and Praça da Restauração.
Colchões & Companhia, a Portuguese chain specializing in sleep products, which was also already present in this commercial space, has renewed its commitment to Aveiro Center by opening its new store just a few meters from the original, in a 135m2 space.
According to André Navarro, Partner and Head of Retail Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield Portugal, “The relocation of these two brands, present for several years at Aveiro Center, allowed retailers to invest in remodeling their stores. They now offer more modern spaces with an improved image and better customer experience. Simultaneously, this facilitated the shopping center’s mix reorganization and the creation of larger stores.”
Located in the industrial zone of Aveiro, Aveiro Center is home to 40 stores, including 10 dinning spaces, featuring important Portuguese and international brands. The new retailers join other tenants such as Continente, Worten, Media Markt, Sport Zone, Mo, Pepco, GiFi, Burger King, Tiffosi, among others.
