Cushman & Wakefield wins the Serris REIM's portfolio management in Portugal

SERRIS REIM is a company of French origin created in 2016, which is dedicated to investment management and asset management in all classes, such as offices, logistics, among others. In 2019, it began its internationalization process with the opening of an office in Belgium, and in 2021, it opened its office in Portugal, currently having offices in seven different locations - Portugal, Spain, Belgium and France, and a volume of more than 500M € in assets under management.
The portfolio now delivered to Cushman & Wakefield represents 20,000 m2 of assets in various sectors such as logistics, healthcare and offices that are geographically dispersed across the country.
