Cristina Neto has a degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics in Porto and holds a course in Real Estate Appraisals from the Escola Superior de Atividades Imobiliárias in Lisbon. She is also a member of RICS and an expert appraiser registered by the CMVM since 2020. She has been part of C&W's Valuation and Advisory team since 2019, where she is responsible for supporting the coordination and preparation of valuations for NPL portfolios, as well as appraisal of commercial properties on behalf of investors and financial institutions. Previously, she worked for several companies linked to the real estate sector, especially in the areas of valuation and consultancy.
With a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, a Masters in Finance from ISEG and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Filipe Villarinho has been part of the Project & Development Services department since 2020. In his track record, it can be highlighted that he was responsible for the management of several emblematic projects such as the headquarters of Cofidis in Natura Towers, the technological hub of Kantar in Porto and the IT-Campus of Swiss Post in Lisbon. He also worked for clients such as Patrizia, Fidelidade, Mastercard, among others. More recently, since June 2022, he took over the coordination of the Project Management area in the Project & Development Services department. Before joining C&W, he worked for companies such as Soares da Costa or Vortal.
Isabel Simões Correia has been Head of Business Development at C&W since 2022. With a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, with a Masters in Real Estate Sciences and Valuations from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Isabel has accumulated experience in several areas of real estate, namely in asset management (including NPL portfolios). Within the scope of his functions, she is responsible for defining and implementing an interdisciplinary strategy for the company, ensuring the delivery of integrated solutions, improving the relationship with clients and coordinating consultancy projects that include various service lines. Before joining C&W, she worked at companies such as Refundos, Teixeira Duarte and Domusvenda.
With 15 years of experience in corporate real estate, Mário Jacob joined the C&W team in 2022 as Head of Business Space in the Porto office. Since then, he has successfully led multiple operations, having been responsible for 3 of the 4 largest office leasing operations in the city. Before joining C&W, he was director of the Abacus Savills office and spent some years in Angola where he led the commercial team for Mota Engil Real Estate. In addition to being promoted to Associate, Mário Jacob also becomes the new Head of Porto, becoming responsible for all CW activity in the Portuguese North region, and joins the leadership team of C&W Portugal.
Tiago Pereira, who joined C&W in 2014, has a degree in Management from the ISCTE Business School, having also completed a Post-Graduation in Real Estate Management and Valuation at ISEG – School of Economics and Management. He has around 8 years of experience in the real estate sector, having started his career in the retail department and joined the Investment department since 2018. Tiago was actively involved in several medium and large-scale transactions namely in Shopping Centres, Retail Parks, Supermarkets and High-Street Retail sectors. He supports national and international clients in acquisitions, repositioning strategies, planning, negotiation, due diligence and closing.
