Normal opens first high street store in Porto
12/10/2023
From Danish origin, Normal is a retail chain that stands out for selling reference brands at low and constant prices. Its product range includes more than 4,000 items in categories such as skin care, hair care, oral hygiene, shampoos, and make-up, among others. In addition to the regular range of products from well-known brands and others yet to be discovered, the store is constantly changing, so that each visit is always a new and unique experience.
Since its arrival in Portugal in October 2022, Normal has quickly begun its expansion plan in the country. With this opening, the brand now has 9 stores open in Portugal, in addition to more than 500 stores in countries such as Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, France and Finland.
Susana Pires, Retail Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, comments on this operation: "Rua de Santa Catarina is Porto's main commercial artery and therefore adds strategic value for brands like Normal, which are looking for the ideal location to open their first street store in the city. This opening also reinforces the demand from international brands that choose Porto and the North as priority markets for their expansion."
