Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has been selected to commercialize the Báltico building located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon. The building, owned by a German Investment Fund, covers an area of approximately 15,000 sq.m and is immediately available for lease. Cushman & Wakefield is exclusively responsible for its commercialization.
Situated at 13 Avenida João II, near the Tejo River and close to Gare do Oriente, the Báltico building comprises 13 above-ground floors, with a retail component on the ground floor. The office building has a capacity for approximately 1,600 people and offers nearly 400 parking spaces for tenants. Currently, over 14,000 sq.m are available for lease.
Cristina Cadima, a consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, highlights the Báltico building’s flexibility and efficiency in accommodating its occupants within the urban and landscape context of Parque das Nações. The architectural design by Arqt.º Frederico Valsassina contributes to a strong corporate image.
It’s worth noting that the Báltico building was constructed in 2010 by Mota-Engil and was acquired by a German Investment Fund in 2013.
