Cushman & Wakefield announces the placement of another tenant in Alfrapark, in Lisbon. SKF, a Swedish multinational, leader in the manufacture of bearings, now occupies a fraction in building F of this development. In this operation, C&W represented the owner.
Located in Alfragide, 5 minutes from Marquês de Pombal and less than 10 minutes from Lisbon Airport, Alfrapark, designed by Architect Frederico Valsassina, totals more than 22,000 sq.m of office space and about 1,500 parking spaces. Customers have at their disposal a restaurant, café, conference and meeting rooms, heliport and large green areas surrounding the buildings.
In 2022, Alfrapark began the completion of the development’s infrastructure, the conclusion of which benefits its customers and users: more green areas, circulation areas and parking zones. When completed, it will have more than 35,000 sq.m of office space.
