Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announces the hiring of Pedro Salema Garção as a Partner and Director of the Office department in Portugal.
In his role, Pedro Salema Garção will lead the Office Agency department and collaborate with other departments, including Capital Markets, Asset Services, Project Development Services, Valuation & Advisory, and Research & Insights, to provide clients with multidisciplinary approaches to office buildings.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Pedro Salema Garção previously served as Director of Portfolio Management at Norfin, where he oversaw the definition and implementation of multiple projects for national and international clients and investors. Prior to that, he worked at companies such as Aguirre Newman (now Savills), Knight Frank, and Worx, actively participating in various real estate projects, including Campo Novo, Oriente Green Campus, WTC, Malhoa 11, Liberdade 224, Green Park, and Castilho 77. He holds a degree in Management from the Instituto Superior de Gestão.
