Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announces the integration of agribusiness & forestry business services into its offering in Portugal, which includes investment advice, appraisals, and strategic consulting in the agricultural and forestry sectors.
With increasing interest from national and international investors in these sectors, the consultancy seeks to provide immediate responses by offering services to support investors in identifying new opportunities and understanding the value of their agricultural and forestry asset portfolios. The new business area is integrated into the Valuation & Advisory department, with professionals dedicated to this business area.
Tomás Araújo has been chosen as the specialist to lead this area. He holds a degree in Forest Engineering and Natural Resources from the Instituto Superior de Agronomia, and a postgraduate degree in Management and Conservation of Natural Resources from the same faculty. He also holds an MBA in Real Estate Appraisals from the Escola Superior de Atividades Imobiliárias.

In addition to analysing agricultural assets, the new consultancy services also cover forestry assets.
