Deloitte Braga will occupy an area of approximately 3,000 sq.m in the Liberdade Street Fashion development.
Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) supported Javere Imobiliária, a company of the Regojo Group, in placing Deloitte in the Liberdade Street Fashion Building in Braga. The project includes an area of approximately 3,000 sq.m and, by 2027, around 1,000 people will be working at Deloitte Braga.
“Liberdade Street Fashion is pleased to announce the successful negotiation that led to the establishment of Deloitte’s new office, which opened last Friday, July 12th, with an area of approximately 3,000 sq.m,” said José Alberto Martins, Centre Manager of Liberdade Street Fashion, managed by the consultancy.
This becomes the consultancy’s ninth office in Portugal and the fourth outside the major urban centres of Lisbon and Porto. It is part of Deloitte Portugal’s strategic growth plan, which, according to Ricardo Reis, Partner at Deloitte and Leader of Real Estate, “The Braga office was designed with a clear vision of innovation and collaboration, aligned with an occupational strategy model that harmonises people and technology, spaces and skills, allowing for a more connected and interactive use, fostering creativity and communication among our employees. Deloitte Braga consists of flexible and versatile areas that easily adapt to various needs and projects, ensuring dynamic and effective use of spaces.”
André Navarro, Partner and Head of Retail Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield, adds: “This project involved a profound transformation of two floors to adapt the building to Deloitte’s specific needs, reflecting Cushman & Wakefield’s and the building owner’s commitment to providing modern and functional spaces for leading global companies. Located in the centre of Braga, the building has a mixed occupancy of offices, retail, and residential, with its own parking. This prime location meets the growing demand for high-quality commercial spaces, where in recent years tenants such as Regus and Outsystems have joined. We are proud to support Deloitte’s expansion and contribute to Braga’s dynamic economic landscape, as well as to the 100% occupancy of the office spaces at Liberdade Street Fashion, which continues to be one of the preferred buildings for the establishment of large multinationals in Braga."
