Diogo Lopo, with the company since 2020, has been appointed Head of Industrial & Logistics Investment.
Cushman & Wakefield announces the appointment of Diogo Lopo as the Head of Industrial & Logistics Investment. Until now, Diogo Lopo was a senior consultant in the investment team at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on office and logistics sectors, supporting and assisting investors throughout the entire transaction process, from due diligence phases to deal completion. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in March 2020, he worked as an Investment Analyst at Fidelidade Property, focusing on financial analysis and asset management.
With a degree and a master’s in Industrial Engineering and Management from Instituto Superior Técnico of the University of Lisbon, Diogo Lopo also holds a Postgraduate degree in Real Estate Management and Valuation from Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão of the University of Lisbon.
