Vítor Cajus will lead a department that provides architecture, project management, design, and construction services for corporate spaces in sectors such as offices, retail, hospitality, and more. Cushman & Wakefield announces the appointment of Vítor Cajus as the new Head of Project & Development Services (PDS).
In his role, Vítor Cajus will be responsible for defining and implementing a strategy for the wide range of services offered by the department, ensuring the connection between various areas of operation (such as Design, Project Management, and Design + Build), identifying new opportunities, as well as coordinating consultancy projects that span multiple business areas. The PDS department at C&W provides turnkey services in architecture, project management, design, and construction of corporate spaces, especially in the sectors of offices, retail, hospitality, and more.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Vítor Cajus was the Director of the retail department at Tétris/JLL, where he was responsible for the opening of over a hundred stores, with a focus on luxury retail processes, particularly on Avenida da Liberdade. With a career spanning over 20 years in real estate, he has always been connected to project management, architecture, and construction. He holds a degree in architecture and urbanism from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.

The department has over 20 years of experience in the Portuguese market, having developed several projects for clients such as Cofidis, Mastercard, BMW, Bayer, PWC, Sky, 3M, Huawei, MEAG, Deka, Generali, among many others.
