Marek has been part of the Cushman & Wakefield team since December 2024, ensuring the efficient operation and optimal performance of retail and commercial projects within the ADVEMTUM portfolio.

He brings over 25 years of experience in facility management and building operations across multiple countries, including Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Throughout his career, he has led international teams, optimized building energy efficiency, and implemented advanced CAFM systems and SMART solutions, such as intelligent access control and parking systems.

Marek has extensive experience in FM operations audits, project planning, and tendering, having contributed to the management of some of the most significant retail and commercial buildings in the region. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked at HB Reavis as Group Facility Manager, overseeing large-scale projects.

His expertise includes managing key properties such as the Aupark shopping center network, the Twin City zone, including the Nivy Mall shopping center, and other major developments.
